Acai Bowl With Granola

The acai bowl is made of frozen acai fruit that is pureed and served as a smoothie in a bowl, with fresh fruit on top and add-on such as granola, coconut, chia seeds etc. It’s full of fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats.

Ingredients

Add to a high powered blender:

  • 100 grams frozen acai berries

  • 1/2 cup (118g) apple juice with no added sugar

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices about 1 small banana

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries and/or blueberries

  • Handful vanilla almond granola

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Add the acai berries, apple juice, banana, strawberries, and blueberries to a high-powered blender.

  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl.

  3. Top the bowl with granola, chia seeds, coconut and fresh fruit. Add honey on top.
