Basic Acai Bowl

Start by making acai smoothie base that contains frozen berries, pineapple, acai puree, banana, yogurt and almond milk or other dairy product. Consistency should be on the thick side.

Pour the acai smoothie base into a bowl and top with your favorite fruit.

Ingredients

Add to a high powered blender:

  • 100 grams frozen acai berries

  • 100 grams frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices about 1 small banana

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries and/or blueberries

  • 1/4 cup yogurt

  • 1/4 cup almond milk
