Staying Hydrated

Are you experiencing chronic fatigue, skin outbreaks, mood swings?

Chances are you're unintentionally dehydrated most of the time.

Drinking plain water at regular intervals is essential for our organism. It provides adequate conditions for all vital chemical reactions, acts as a nutrient and oxygen carrier, normalizes blood pressure, heart rhythm, and sugar levels, aids digestion, recovery, and proper day-to-day functioning.

No organ in our body isn't affected by our total daily water intake.

What you need to know

Start your day with two glasses of plain, lukewarm (around 100F or 38C) water and continue sipping throughout the day.

After that, feel free to make things more interesting!

Squeeze some fresh lemon juice and add a touch of mint if you struggle with staying consistent with this healthy habit.

Daily recommendations vary but aim for at least 0.5-0.8 gallons (2-3 liters) per day.

If your job or lifestyle (moderate to high exercise level) is physically more demanding, tailor the fluid intake to your needs.

Choose water over sugary drinks and make sure at least one glass accompanies every cup of coffee or green tea you consume during the day.

Once you master the habit of water drinking, you'll start noticing significant shifts in your overall well-being.

Practice gratefulness:

Around 2 billion people in the world do not have access to clean water.
